Technician License Classes Start March 2, 2006 |

Please pass the word to as many people as possible about Technician Classes beginning Thursday, March 2 at 6 pm in the Newington Senior Center at 120 Cedar Street , Newington, CT (Route 175).The class will meet Thursdays from 6 :00 - 8:00 pm until April 27 when the FCC licensing exam will be given.There is no fee for the class, but students will need to purchase the license manual ($19.95) which can be purchased at the first session. The exam fee, payable on April 27, is $14. Instructor is Mary Hobart K1MMH, Chief Development Officer at ARRL, the National association for Amateur Radio http://www.arrl.orgClasses are sponsored by NARL.
